Teeming with corporations, controlled by the mafia and luring inexperienced travelers with imaginary prospects into the bloodthirsty jaws of New Tokyo. A veritable hotbed of dirt and deceit in a dying world. In the city, there were often unlucky heroes who made noise about the new world and about something else, but soon lost their heads or simply disappeared. However, this time people started talking about someone special, deadly, carrying either banditry or great liberation. "Ryu" - this name began to be voiced on the tops of skyscrapers, and more and more often someone flinched at the mention. Is she a hermit or is she working for someone? Will her mission end in success, or will she simply become another loser who has lost her head? The streets will remember everything.
